Family has loved 1920 home back to life

Since they bought the house, the Fergusons have taken on several projects: replacing a 20-year-old roof and adding solar panels, swapping traditional fixtures for replacements more their style, adding landscaping, painting and getting a new air-conditioning unit, a necessity for any Bakersfield home.
