“June 2026: A follow up to share that we continue to work with BSW Roofing on some additional solar issues we've been experiencing - replacing our original panels due to underperformance. BSW has continued to help us navigate getting the updated panels from the manufacturer and install these for us. Curtis in particular has not forgotten us ... he continues to follow up to ensure we get our panel issues resolved, even though our original solar panel manufacturer has changed hands several times since our 2020 installation. We truly appreciate Curtis and the BSW team for taking care of customers like us! 2023: We just used BSW Roofing and Solar to repair a solar and roofing issue caused three years ago by our original solar installer. There were several months of communication with the team at BSW prior to the work beginning, and they just finished the job. I can’t say enough about how great BSW handled this somewhat complicated situation.They were extremely professional and great at communicating with us throughout the process. “When some of the shingles came off in that big December storm, we knew we better get BSW out. The roof was last replaced in 1991, so it was time. Luis, the project manager, was always quick to respond to our communications. I always received a same day response from either Luis or Adan. The whole team that replaced our roof were professional and cleaned up every day. The house is very old and there were issues. Every one of them were handled by BSW with expedience and skill. Junior and his dad were there everyday on our roof. Junior would explain everyday what they were going to do and would let us know when they were leaving for the day. Which was greatly appreciated. Juan and his helper did a bang up job on a very, very old broken vent pipe below the bathroom floor. Thank you, Juan! The roof is so beautiful with a little extra architectural flare on the ridge caps by Junior and his dad. The only drawback about the whole experience is that the roof looks so good, now we are going to have to paint the house. We will definitely juse BSW again in the future. Thank you, team BSW!”
